No. We build your site on our servers first, test everything, then make it live. The whole thing takes minutes and your site stays live throughout. We've done this hundreds of times.

Yes. You keep admin access. We handle the technical side.

We clean it up completely at no charge. Our security stack catches most if not all threats before they cause damage, but if something slips through then we handle it. Included on both plans.

Nothing. Once we have admin access to your current site and domain, we do everything else. Most clients describe the migration as the easiest thing they've done with their website.

We're UK-based. So when you contact us during UK business hours, you're talking to us. Not an outsourced team in a different timezone or an automated system.
